Trauma Study 2021 & Ongoing Research
In May 2021, we began a further scientific study in order to demonstrate even more clearly, using scientific methods, the effectiveness of the Palucki Method in resolving trauma.
Between May 2021 and March 22, 2023 — a period of 23 months — 21 participants took part in the study. Of these, 16 completed all measurements, 2 discontinued participation, and 3 did not submit all required measurements.
In this study, we applied new measurement procedures. This time, we examined the entire treatment period of 4 to 14 days as the object of investigation. In the previous study, the focus had been on the two-hour core treatment.
We also extended the follow-up period substantially and examined participants over a period of six months after the on-site trauma work in order to assess how the Palucki Method affected their well-being over time.
We used standard assessment instruments for trauma diagnostics, as well as for depression, flourishing, and self-esteem. In addition, a control group was established consisting of participants who did not receive trauma work during the study period (waiting-list control group).
Once again, the results confirm the groundbreaking and unique success rate of the Palucki Method.
Since then we have continued these measurements with subsequent clients and added a measure for self-compassion. Initial assessments suggest that the effect sizes continue the trend.
